Imagine Rosemary's Baby

Rosemary's Baby is a film directed by Roman Polanski in 1968 is a horror / thriller that tells the story of a woman from Manhattan who was married to a Satanic cult member.

This film composer died of a brain malfunction, by chance one of the characters are told in the film died of the same thing. Film producer, William Castle, renal disease at the time of production of this film, but did not cause his death. He himself died in 1977 of a heart attack.

But forget the stories, the main curse of this film is about luck as well as misfortune of this filn director, Roman Polanski. In March 1969, Polanski bought a house for himself and his wife who was pregnant 8 months, Sharon Tate. Unfortunately, Polanski bought the house from the wrong people.

The house he bought, formerly owned by Terry Melcher, a music producer who had previously refused to record the music of Charles Manson. Hey ... who was Charles Manson? Did you mean Marilyn Manson? No, I'm not a typo. For those who do not know, Charles Manson is a criminal kingpin, heads a community or gang which he called "Manson Family". Manson is disappointed with the rejection of Terry Melcher, ordered "family members" to go to Melcher's house (which is now occupied by the family Polanski) and kill everyone there. Sharon Tate, the baby still in her womb, and four others were killed in the tragic incident since being stabbed over and over and over with brutal.

When the incident, Polanski was in London, therefore she survived the brutal events. He continued his career as a director, to achieve success, even in 2004 won an Oscar through his film The Pianist. However, Polanski was accused of sexual harassment and rape on minors. Maybe he can blame the curse of the film Rosemary's Baby, but wealthy hell curse instead of a material strong enough defense in court = P

Another coincidence, Charles Manson named the brutal murder plan was "Helter Skelter" is taken from the title song of The Beatles. Several years passed after the incident, killed John Lennon died in front of the hotel called The Dakota. The hotel is also used in several scenes in the film Rosemary's Baby.
