Forevermore has sold about 12,000 copies in the U.S. alone within the first week of its release.

Since its creation in 1977 by David Coverdale resigned from the post-Deep Purple, Whitesnake have experienced line-up changes quite a lot. Hence there has been a combination of different musicians in Whitesnake body for years.

In an interview by MetalSucks.net, Coverdale reveals how she tolerate any change that.

"The people who support Whitesnake, expect us to be fucking awesome. That's our job to provide it. If any personnel have an agenda that could potentially harm the band, then they already do not serve the purpose of Whitesnake. One of my theory, [the band] is like a serpent [who live] in nature. We had to change the skin no matter how frequent. I did not see myself working so hard [with changing personnel], Because I work with myself every fuckin 'day [laughs], "said Coverdale.
